HaLLOWEEN NIGHT
by Fiestaware |
|||
| Over the years,
Fiesta has developed a following of collectors. The pricing continues
to rise as items become more scarce to locate. Such is the case with
the Halloween line. Once carried by Betty Crocker, it was discontinued
several years ago, and is becoming harder to find. Hence, the pricing
continues to rise as the various designs become harder to locate. Homer Laughlin, named for its founder but runs since 1897 by the Wells and Aaron families, has produced 25,000 different patterns in its nearly 140 years. While most people know about Fiesta by its solid colors, it has developed other seasonal patterns as well. It has an Art Deco design styling. Because Fiesta is still made in the United States, it has a faithful following and an emotional connection. As the US economy fluctuates, so do the production of new and different designs. This retired design will not be back again, and if trends continue will most likely be the collection fad of tomorrow. We have extremely limited quantities remaining. Buy what you can, while you still can. Good luck. |
